Stanley can be seen walking to the driver’s side door of the unmarked vehicle, pulling out his firearm and then opening the door of the vehicle while his weapon is pointed at the detective inside.
Authorities say that is the moment when the undercover fatally shot Stanley.
Investigators were said to have later recovered the firearm allegedly in Stanley’s possession during the night of the incident, noting that it was a “ghost gun” that carried an illegal, high-capacity magazine. ..."
