definition of, “assault weapon” which he has determined to mean bazookas and howitzers for the left’s large magazine definition.
He doesn’t think the AR-15 is an extraordinary weapon so it’s OK with him.
That’s not good enough. That is lazy thinking.
I don’t want judges to do what they think is right, good or moral. They should do what is prescribed in the constitution. I don’t want judges deciding what’s moral, just what’s legal.
If the Constitution doesn’t say you can’t have a bazooka then you can. It is congress’ job to decide whether that is good and change the law and the constitution if necessary. But it’s easier to let the courts do it.
Congress is too busy making speeches and raising money.
