again, what behavior? The article only says that a 7-year old was charged, and specifically says “Little is known about the circumstances of the arrest, the specifics of the allegations or the case’s disposition. The records of cases involving children are kept private.”
There is no information given at all about the allegations or the specifics. You don’t even know what happened yet you’re calling something a “learned behavior”
