Y rent it to your team for $100/hr, $99 if yer a hard negotiator

And another 3 acres mostly clear with a couple trees in the infield and outfield to make for interesting plays which I will rent for $50/hr and a waiver to send footage into funniest home videos
I did end up using my land for some practices years ago. IMO call around to churches as a lot of those lots are unused if they don’t have a school attached to them

Or look to Jefferson and Franklin county elementary school lots as they are always open
