other then the stereotypical if it was a "white guy" stick, looks like this guy is only guilty of operating a grow shop illegally. (I already know what you will say freedom caucus)

Now some thought questions, if the roles were reversed, would the white guy still be in jail? Would there have been riots demanding justice for the black criminal? and lastly, Would this even make fake yahoo news if it was a white guy and he was still in jail like the black guy is today?
