No, you idiots will end up creating racism , instead of curing it.
Affirmative action has been in effect 40 years. Little to no change.
Giving black people 10 to 25k, to buy houses will annoy poor Whites, price them out of housing.
I'm sure they'll be fine accept that as a cost of their white privilege.
