misdirect attention from?
Maybe that this research was conducted in the US prior to 2014?
Maybe that it was moved to China not out of concern for safety here, but because the plan was getting ready to go operational and they didn't want the "leak" story centered in the US? They needed to leak it in China so they could stage all those videos of people dropping dead in the streets to start to create the panic they needed?
And on and on it goes.
