YA SEE if Biden was as Liberal as you idiots claim that would not have been an issue and it WAS an issue.

If you have a small hole in your roof, is it smarter to fix it, make moderately priced repairs or wait until the roof is caving in and then squawk about a cost you could have avoided with common sense.
