the holy goddam hell did the cop expect him to do. Respond to common sense?
Do cops get bonuses for needlessly shooting people? Like one per each shot?
At this point the only thing to do with him is put him in a mental institution which he can't get out of. Too bad calif. apparently doesn't have any.
