Repeating talking points is about hypocrisy. That is the great thing about how I have learned from Pickle, ummm, and others. They continuously expose the hypocrisy of the two sides. For years, I defended my point of view..talking about reality of government and today, and defending the status quo saying change will never occur, and we have to work with the system to get slow change.
I was the guy that said...if the right people on my team could get the power, they could solve most of the problems.
Between the many series of events of the last 8-10 years, and some of their patience (and lack of patience) and observation of the parties changing, what they said made more sense...my own hypocrisy as parties changed was being exposed. I continued to defend, and with the failures of Obama, and what Trump brought forth (as well as Pelosi, and the AOC gang, and the move of the liberals from social freedom to social dictation), I re-evaluated and changed.
Then I observed others on here (from both sides), and the R vs D game became more obvious. The last straw was when a party I had even thought was meant for less government (despite so much evidence to the contrary) wanted more and more manipulation under Trump and the MAGA guise. This exposed it all even more.
