Yes you can't have an IQ in the 80s and be as smart but most of the smartest people are in the above average IQ area but can actually use their capacity
There are exceptions in the above 140 IQ crowd of course.
My neighbor and her son are not, neither was the Valedictorian of my HS who couldn't pass the EIT exam after attending WashU and she got straight A's there too. Many other examples. The other thing about those dumbshlts is they actually brag about their IQ lol
