When government makes decisions that impacts trillions of dollars, people and businesses will find a way to get their access to the decision making.

You think Trump raised billions of dollars for his campaign just to be nice? Trump stayed at his own resort in Florida how many nights on the government dime..right? I don't think he stayed at the Hilton.

And now that we have taken spending to yet another level (6 trillion dollar budget proposed), more money will be pouring in to get access to that money.
