inpatients. Lots of folks were ok with getting the shot, just too lazy to sign up for it (although I do sympathize since it was so difficult to get the vaccine back in March - I can see why some gave up) - now they'll have the opportunity to get it while they sit around in their hospital room.


And, there's something said to having a captive audience.
