To date, none of the hundreds arrested and held in solitary confinement in D.C. jails have been charged with any insurrection type crimes. Most haven't been charged at all, so much for our 6th Amdt. right to a speedy trial by our peers. Those charged were charged with trespassing and entering government buildings without permission. IMO, the federal Gov't hopes to coerce guilty pleas to more serious felony charges with sentences of time served. Federal prosecutors and judges are acting more like King George, than American civil servants. I wonder how they sleep at night.
