Hand I played in Vegas recently

Was out there last week for a day and played 1-3 no limit poker at the Bellagio. I play fairly regularly at Ameristar in St. Louis and feel that the poker player here is better than in Vegas (well at least the poker played outside of Bobby's Room).. Just my opinion.
Anyhow, I went broke on this hand. I think I played it as well as I could and no matter what I did the villian was going to call. Started the hand with $300:
Me: 55
Villian: AA
He has me dominated but only raised to $15 so I called. Flop comes a dream 9-5-Q. He bets $40. I call. I should have raised all in but think he would have called anyway.
turn: 9
Gives me a full house and (I think) a stranglehold on the hand. Go all in. He calls.
River: 9
He wins with Aces full. Ugh.
