What he WAS considered was a very strong and courageous guy who suffered terribly and yet took the train everyday to DC to go to work and home to Delaware to have dinner with his kids, a guy who overcame a terrible stutter to become a US Senator, Vice President and President of this country. And YOU claim he as 'Always viewed a dunce"?
