the pretext of evictions to launch rockets b/c they just got 235 million from the Biden Admin and Iran is flexing b/c of the administration's overtures to them. Biden is seen as week so they felt empowered to act out. it's that simple.
you can argue about who should own the land until you're blue in the face but all that goes out the window when a terrorist organization that has vowed for your total destruction starts lobbing thousands of rockets your way.
