The drugs illegal crossed our border, usually on the back of abused mule.
Then, most gangs use an underage kid to sling the product, so let's add in child abuse.
Gangs maintain turf thru violence. Frequent shooting, beatdowns.
The end user of this voluntary product? Not all, but many become addicted, lose jobs, and turn to petty crimes as shoplifting, car burglary, muggings to get the cash needed for that daily fix.
