Based om the video in Spanked's post.
Now you can not see if when he went in reverse if he hit a cop or not. But here is the thing- the DA previously said
Brown hit the cops (made contact with)twice. According to that video- no contact between cops and car.
DA is part of the problem he should be recalled and no doubt the feds will take up the case.
Now I think a fleeing suspect should be a fair target to be shot- but that ain't the law.
