1. Climate change and the disasters it brings, e.g., fires, floods, dangerous storms
thats a pollution problem. Actually enforce our current laws would make a major dent. The military is the worlds largest contributer to climate change. Cut its budget 25% and 5% every year they can't pass an audit. big money savings
-What laws aren't being enforced currently that are leading to more pollution? If you're advocating for all current laws to be enforced, then that would suggest a larger workforce. The military is the bogeyman in this country, so why not just advocate for budget cuts across every single federal gov't agency (including the EPA, BLM, etc)?
2. COVID-19
pretty much done. end all mandates, cut off any unemployment to anyone that tests positive for covid
...who has not received a vaccination
-As always you get it wrong, there should have never been any mandates, stimulus packages, unemployment, etc. Cutting off unemployment only to those don't get vaccinated is a stupid stipulation. It also suggests you support unemployment for other people (that isn't a small gov't solution).
3. Racism and race-based conflict
Rethinking elements of policing. I have proposed many such things but frankly its more a local problem
-"Rethinking elements of policing". That is one of the most generic answers I've ever seen, and is based off the false premise that there is systemic racism in police departments across America.
4. Acidification of our oceans
again a pollution problem. Enforce our laws, which what a coincidence actually produces revenue to the government because of the many violaters
s
-Same response as point #1
5. Erosion of our infrastructure
well Sal you got to pay somehow. I know you would let
your home fall around you and not maintain it..right?
-So are you advocating to increase taxes to get more $$$ to spend towards infrastructure?
6. Nuclear weaponry leading to a nuclear weapons exchange. Get rid of them along with Russia
-Why are you only advocating for the U.S. and Russia to get rid of them? That would not help with national security unless the entire world got rid of them.
7. Millions of guns in the hands of those who misuse them
I have proposed the correct solutions many times
registration and prohibition for fellons, people on
psychiatric drugs and other mental problems
extremely harsh penalties for brandishing and harsher
for using them in crimes. We jail hapless simpletons for
using drugs. We should let them out and fill the prisons with gun crimes.
-Are you stating every gun owner needs to be in some sort of registry?
