though, the person quoting will give the name of the person being quoted. Maybe the date and context as well.
But vague and anonymous is the way you go. Facts tend to disrupt the lies you spew. Best to keep them hidden.
There is no reason on earth anyone should trust the accuracy, completeness or validity of anything you post whether you say the word, “quote” or not.
