One split tail command ranking officer on the scene was basically pìssing herself and couldn't make the call for officers under her command to move in. One SRO under her command showed cowardice and should have been bounced. Neither of them should ever hold a job other than school crossing guard.

Officers from another agency and NOT under her command said "fvck it" and disobeyed her orders.

And you are stupid if you don't recgnize it.
