but also to reduce sickness, and passing it onto others, or even avoid the rare crap you hear about, even if anecdotal, they do occur). Generally, the bad side effect people are also the ones that likely need it, and healthy people would have no lasting side effects as well.

like TJS says, it is still an individual decision regardless
