Looking at this chart, it has returned to the normal levels during the Trump time...consistent with an increased demand as COVID restrictions come in. Add on top of that the usual cuts in production we see with low demand periods, we will likely overshoot that..and then OPEC will turn the spout on, as well as some US production come back on as they will be able to make oil profitably.
