the criminals in jail and is letting them out on signature bonds. All the competent ADA's have either quit of have been fired and Gardner has a staff just as incompetent as she is. She refuses to file charges on slam dunk cases and instead pursues malicious prosecution against a couple who defended their home against a mob who threatened them. A detective pulled together video and audio from the mob and had evidence of very specific directed threats towards the homeowners and Gardner refused to file charges and instead instructed the crime lab to tamper with evidence.


Yeah, blame STLPD.
