America stopped being a racist country.

What caused it to be defined before and what after.

He talked about how he got stopped by cops for being black. Is he suggesting that is not done anymore.

FWIW...I believe there is a lot of systemic racism, but that is more about collectivism more than anything.

But he is the one that brought up the past....would love for him to say when the stuff he brought up ended?
