And is what leads down to the slippery slope we have today, especially when law enforcement does not even come close to applying laws evenly...then you add on top of that how one drug offense can work against a person through background checks.

On top of that, it was an informant that went to buy the drugs that led to this interaction on the warrant..so not even a real drug deal.
