i think your missing the forest for a tree on this one.

i asked a question. I don't know the answer. But i assumed since you were opining on beef production, that you had done some research outside of the linked yahoo article. i apparently assumed too much.
the bottom line is his proposal is very ambiguous. it doesn't give a lot of specifics and it also ties us bank into the Paris climate agreement so you'd also have to delve into those requirements.
but the reason I say you're missing the forest for the tree on this is hamburgers aren't the biggest problem with the proposal. the whole proposal is hair-brained.
