Just finished a road trip from Dallas to Kansas City. My observation is that rural America is absolutely struggling. Was all over KC in Kansas and the area looks to be booming. Huge contrast to the small towns we went through in Missouri and Oklahoma. Cities like Muskoggee in Oklahoma are just about done. Motels and businesses all boarded up, except for at least 10 new weed shops.

Really sad to see.

Any thoughts on what would reverse this trend?
