There are no healthy areas in St. Louis City. You have those multimillion homes on Lindell, which are fine, except two blocks to the north is a war zone, you risk your life if you go out at night and your property is probably broken into several times a year. Maybe the area around Ted Drewest is still OK, but I would not live there if I had a family with kids of school age.
