This is a textbook example of conservative stupidity and zero logic skills.

Chauvin was charged this way and was convicted this way by a jury.

The judge read the same verdict yet because it doesn't make sense to YOU, you think it'll be "overturned"?

This is like when Pimple says he disagrees with a Supreme Court decision so therefore THEY are wrong. Really gets to the heart of the problem for your side. What YOU think doesn't matter whatsoever. There's your opinion, which is hideously uninformed, your obvious lack of awareness of this fact (as you walk around like a blind person in front of us all), and then actual laws and rules of law and criminal procedure, which you could pull up and review in 12 seconds to review.

But you're happy just saying you don't like it so it'll be overturned.
