ALL of US companies will move their HQ to Ireland?

Tax systems are so complicated and there are so many things to take into account....from where the profit is derived from, to where the corp HQ are, as well as how money is moved or invested...and how you get credits for taxes paid in certain countries when in others.

The company I worked for previously was a subsidy of a Japanese company, and they basically ended up having to hire a full time tax guy that worked with the IRS equivalent of each country to negotiate where profits were even at and how they would be tax, credited and split. A total mess.
