He doesn't "advocate for life w/o parole for juveniles"
He says it is not unconstitutional to allow LWOP without a finding that the child is incorrigible. He doesn't express an opinion as to whether or not it is wise to impose such a sentence, or good public policy for a state to allow such a sentence. He simply says it's not prohibited by the 8th Amendment.
I think it is horrible public policy, and I'd support any state changing its laws if they allow that. But it's probably not in violation of the 8th Amendment.
