I suspect he is dumping his trash on our side of the Rio Grande.
These are not doctors, scientists, businessman or teachers that he wants to leave his country. My guess is they are the uneducated, the unskilled, the criminals, the infected and the infirm.
Mexico is our neighbor, they are not our friend.
