Or because that very same court also provided the legislative roadmap that Congress could follow if they want to grant that agency the power they illegally claimed?
What exactly does the True Conservative think was the part Republicans are cheering? I am cheering a court ruling that followed the letter of the law and didn't insert their political bias.
