According to the chest and similarly impaired members of Congress and the media, he decided to for the sake of justice, get loaded up on illegal narcotics, to pass counterfeit money at a downtown store, to resist arrest, and allow himself to be horribly murdered by a racist cop. All for the sake of racial justice.
