decades until he retired from St. Louis County. He says he had never pulled his gun out against anyone because the only time it should come out is when you absolutely have to shoot someone.

These days we see countless video of cops running around with their guns out when the situation hasn't even called for it to that point.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
