OFFICER: I approached the driver side and immediately noticed the distinct smell of burnt marijuana (sub: burnt marijuana for ____________ ( other smoked drug)
Upon making contact with the driver, it was apparent that he had glassy and red eyes and the smell of alcohol could be detected on their breath (and in their hair, on their ear, on the seat, laced on the steering wheel).
