It’s actually not a bad neighborhood. They’ve rebuilt downtown St Louis. Union Station which is nearby has been completely revitalized with Ferris wheel, Aquarium etc. Also, a new NGA Defense building is under construction as well. There are million dollar homes on Lafayette street now. Property values are forcing people out and affluent people are moving in. It’s a sellers market.
