Dude was an ass. His attitude on scene is what convicted him. Little man and he was in control and had to let everyone filming him know it.

Nevermind the opposite camera angle showed he wasn't on Floyd's neck but was pinning his shoulder.

Worked with a guy like that who went off on a prisoner in an inappropriate manner. Arrestee didn't complain to the brass--his own co-workers did.

Gasp!!!! I thought all cops covered for each other.
