- Sitting congresswoman calling for 'confrontation' if the verdict wasn't 'correct'
- President on record 'praying' he's found guilty
- Home of a defense witness being vandalized with fake blood
- In a known powder keg of a community, the judge refusing to move the trial to another location
- High profile case judge refuses to sequester the jury for the entire trial
Trying to dismiss them as talking points implies they may not be factual or 'spun' for effect; you can argue all day whether any of these had an affect on the trial/jury, or were even known to the jurors, and you've already stated your belief they did not (and I won't argue with you because neither of us can prove otherwise currently).
