The new standards will require officers to take a complete medical history on anyone they intend to arrest.
Blood pressure? Heart rate? Respirations?
What is your total cholesterol? LDL? HDL?
Any heart issues? Arrhythmia? Cardiomyopothy? Stents?
Do you smoke? Cigarettes? Weed? Weed dipped in formaldehyde? Crack?
Do you ingest drugs? How often?
Do you regularly consume alcohol?
Do you suffer from anxiety? Depression? Other mental illness?
