I'm one too but thought I'd head over to the cesspool to ask the practicing attorneys. This verdict can't hold up on appeal can it??? I thought it was murder 1st with 2-3 lessers for the charging docs. If they found him guilty on all three/four counts how is this going to survive appeal?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
