food prices are set to soar. Logistics costs and delays are mounting. Housing and fuel are up....as well as money flooding the system the past two years.
The question will be how much do various companies sacrifice some profits for the consumer, and how production rebounds, but in the face of a labor supply that is not in a rush to get back to work.
Add to that quite a bit of backlogged debt at the lower income levels (rent, mortgage), and the next year could get quite volatile.
