charges of different levels, and how often the jury basically negotiates itself into a charge.

I think this really comes down to at first...who they found more credible...plaintiff or defendant side..and then go from there.

10 hours probably shows they were not split in the beginning, but also not completely sure either.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
