Boy who cried wolf wasn't taken seriously because of his own words. The coroner's report shows no damage or injury to the neck or the breathing passages.
No reasonable person can find intent to convict of murder. The suspect had resisted, and the level of the non-injurious restraint was reasonable, under the circumstances.
Don't overdose on drugs, probably still alive.
Don't resist arrest, probably still alive.
Don't pass counterfeit bills, probably still alive.
Admit you used drugs and are having bad reaction, possibly still alive.
Not forseeable on the part of the officer. It was not criminally negligent to restrain a resisting suspect with a non-injurious restraint.
