I can't remember. There were also some appeals on his decisions even before the trial started ( I think the biggest one was on charges), and most of those were denied already.

Not sure what you mean by not sequestering the jury at the beginning of the protests....there really have not been any big protests during the trial itself....you would have to prove that a jury was influenced by seeing something outside of the court.
