The utter failure is not holding Johnnie Law to a higher standard.

Good teachers will tell you that students often live up the expectations you have of them, the standards you set.

Time we applied that to the cops - who in recent times in the US have shot a lot of folks - rather than NONE which out to be the goal.

So - open-gunfire, we develop processes for such cases which are inordinately rare.
