that china agreed to cooperate with the US.
Was anything even signed? Not that that matters with John Kerry and his secret codicil from the Iranian nuclear agreement.
That john kerry is quite the negotiator.
After about 11 paragraphs of crap, telling us how they have a greed to cooperate with each other, and what a great guy John Kerry is, and how you don’t put your back into this… Whatever the hell that means, there is something about a promise from China to reduce some admissions by 18%.
It doesn’t say how or what current levels are now. Is 18% a lot?
