the fall is not graded until you hit the ground.

a 100 foot fall is 10x worse than 10 foot fall, even if the 10 foot fall happened after the 100 foot fall. If you're trying to claim that the 10 foot fall is only worse than "the worst" b/c of injuries sustained during the previous fall, then you're saying that Bush was 10x worse than Obama, and Obama just happened to follow Bush.
